Where are you based?
I am based in the UK, more specifically in Yorkshire! (Woo) - I work from home and balance Witchcrafts with mothering my baby son! Thanks for your support, you're sustaining our family, that's amazing!
Do you ship to the US?
Yes! I ship worldwide - Orders can take anywhere from one week to over a month depending on the shipping you select!
When will my item be shipped?
I aim to prep, package and send out orders within a calendar week of when you have ordered. In peak times (Winter!) there can be further delays - check my Instagram for updates!
What courier do you use?
I use Royal Mail click & drop to ship out orders - standard airmail shipping for US orders, standard shipping for EU orders & 1st class for UK orders. Economy shipping is also available on t shirts but can take a long time to arrive, so consider this if you're buying a gift on a budget.
How long does shipping take to the US?
From the Royal Mail website an order to the US can take between 7-21 working days (when shipped). (Note economy is much longer!)
Where can I track my order?
There is currently no option by default to order from Witchcrafts with tracking. If you wish to have your order tracked please contact me BEFORE ordering so that we can make arrangements. I keep proof of postage for all high value orders as well as all international orders.
What sizes are available?
Prints are available in A4 and A5 where stated on the product listing. Sizes may be there or there abouts.
For order items on the store such as apparel - size measurements are all on the listing PLEASE check them before ordering
What is your returns policy?
Email me - I'm fairly relaxed and hardly get any issues - You can return your order within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund, minus shipping costs (return shipping costs to be covered by yourself). Refund will be credited when I have received the item back. Your refund is processed through Shopify.
*If wanting to return apparel items such as t-shirts - these must be returned in the condition that they were sent. For CUSTOM items, such as made to order dresses, please check the listing for ALL measurements (bust and length) as I cannot accept returns or refunds.
