Shipping & Fees


🌿 I am to process orders within one calendar week of a customer purchasing. This means sorting, packaging and shipping your order - you will then receive your dispatch email on the day of shipment. For any items that are made to order, processing times may vary. Feel free to drop me an email if you have any questions on my processing times, etc at help.witchcrafts@gmail.com

For custom orders/mainly made to order items (dresses etc) there is a turn around time of up to four working weeks. This doesn’t including dispatch and shipping, it is the physical act of making your item.

 

UK Shipping

🌿 I ship all items first class with Royal Mail - this usually is 1-2 business days from me putting your parcel into the mail box. I do not offer tracking (if you require tracking please email me before placing an order so we can arrange the extra payment for a tracked service).

🌿 Shipping over £20 is free!

If you have not received your item within 14 working days of your dispatch date & you’re in the UK, please email me and I am more than happy to send out a replacement or investigate where I can with Royal Mail. Please first check you have provided all the correct address details - as if the incorrect details were provided, I cannot provide a replacement or refund.

 

International Shipping 

🌙 All items outside of the UK are sent standard first class airmail with Royal Mail. This usually takes anywhere from 1-6 weeks, depending on the time of year these times can be massively effected. (Shipping to the US usually takes up to 3 working weeks)

🌙  Standard international EU P&P — £4.50

 Standard international USA P&P - £6.50

🌙 Shipping over £23 to the EU is free!

Shipping over £26 to the US is free!

 

🌙 I do not offer tracked shipping, if you would like your item to be tracked please email me before ordering to arrange the extra fees for a tracked service. With shipping to the EU and USA I am not responsible for any custom fees - this is down to you as a customer to pay once the parcel is at your sorting office, if any occur.
